RETURN / REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Decoration 4 You
Since Decoration 4 You provides customized on-site decoration services, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Cancellation by Customer
More than 72 hours before event:
Eligible for up to 70% refund of advance payment.
48–72 hours before event:
Eligible for up to 40% refund.
Less than 48 hours before event:
No refund.
2. Same-Day Cancellation
No refund will be provided for same-day cancellations.
This is because manpower, inventory, logistics, and customization are already arranged.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Requests made at least 48 hours in advance may be accommodated.
Price differences may apply.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided if:
- Customer provides wrong address
- Venue denies access
- Customer unavailable at scheduled time
- Customer changes mind after setup begins
- Weather or force majeure affects open-air events
- Customer requests cancellation after materials are prepared
6. Service Quality Issues
If there is a genuine service issue, customers must report it within 24 hours with supporting photos/videos.
Each case will be reviewed fairly.
7. Cancellation by Decoration 4 You
If Decoration 4 You cancels due to operational reasons, full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
